With a solid background in certified teaching and years of personal practice, I combine knowledge with care and curiosity. I teach on a regular basis at companies and retreats specialised in recovery from burnout and addiction for top performers. This work gives me deep insight into how stress shows up in the body, and how breath, movement and presence can bring lasting positive change.

Location

Providing private sessions from sunrise to sunset. Active in Moraira, Benissa, Calpe, Javea, Jalon, Altea, Denia, Lliber, Pedreguer in the Costa Blanca area. Guided from the comfort of your own home or choose to take your practice outdoor in nature for that extra sensation. No experience or equipment needed. I bring the yogamats and blankets needed.
Style
Designing soft and gentle movement providing options to match your level and needs in each moment. No experience needed. Sessions for individuals, couples and groups from small and large groups. With consent, I help you get deeper into your practice with hands-on adjustments. This personal touch is what my clients most appreciate.

I am an experienced teacher of Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Conscious Connected Breathwork. Through movement, breath, and awareness, I invite you to explore the moment. And connect in a way that feels personal, meaningful, and nourishing, drawing inspiration from the elements of nature.
